It has been a few weeks since I made the last post to this area.
All of the Alumni Photo Galleries have now been setup. I am continuing to work on adding a few galleries for each year where people have sent me pictures to add.
A script is being written and put into place to allow a member to submit and upload pictures to be included into the galleries. This script should allow me to be notified when items are uploaded and need to be reviewed and added to the galleries.
Still working with the High School about needed documentation to allow use of the contents of the High School year books. As the School District is the publisher / copyright owner of the contents, as well as photos taken by and provided by the school.
Page restrictions and security are being put into place so that only members are able to view certain areas of the site and access specific pages. This is being done so your profile pages can not be linked to directly or found within search engines. This helps with security and privacy issues.

Just a quick update.
For the past week, I have been working on coding additional sections of the site for the photo galleries for each alumni class. And importing all of the alumni photos. This is alot of work to setup, but should be worth it in the end.
Also working on setting up pages for "It happened when..." for information about what happened each year since KO was founded.

Found a problem with the code for Profile and Accout updates. Corrected!
Finished creating links in blog section for all Alumni years.
Still need to finish creating initial posts.
Worked more on content sections.
(Content sections is a feature where I can allow individuals to update contents within the site without direct access to the server. This is a very cool and nice feature to be able to have additional moderators within the site.)
Still working on additional security features within the profile and account update areas to set only certain updates to be permitted properly.
Working on a problem with the profiles area where the display results are not showing properly.

Created voting polls to be incorporated into the site.
Created remaining blogs in database for each Alumni year,
(But still need to finish creating first posts for each year and add links to blog page.)
Created remaining blog pages for each Alumni year.
Created random insert script for rotating Polls.

Corrected and issue with the home page settings that were cutting off some of the graphics.
Found problem with RSS feed not working and corrected issue.
(FYI: for future use, do not use copy and paste when using input into the site. This may cause some errors in the post causing additional errors.)
Updated additional code.

Updated content on Home page.
Created additional Blogs for each Alumni Year
(Need to complete initial posts. Status set that only members can post comments.)
Updated Blog for site updates so Every-One can post comments.
Created Alumni, Faculty, and Associate registration pages.
(Registration function turn off till site has been completed.)

Added the blog section. (Started working on adding a blog for each Alumni Class.)Updated more content to the Home page.
Updated information on the About page.

A new site was put into place at www.KOHS86.com.This site will currently provide a live view to visitors to the replacement for the www.KOHS.us website for the Keystone Oaks High School Alumni.
Each day when changes are made to this site, I will post a new blog with any updates that have been made to the site that day.
New base site template was installed.
Default website name was changed.
Changed a few of the default images for the flash file.
Updated the "Current News" and "Recent Events" Boxes.
